The National Museum of Slovenia, in cooperation with the Tabor Sports Association and the Planica Sports Institute of the Republic of Slovenia - the Sports Museum, has prepared an occasional exhibition entitled I used to be a gymnast. It was what I had lived for : 110th anniversary of Tabor Sports Association and 90th anniversary of Sokol Hall at Tabor.

In 1907, the Sokol I was founded, which brought together gymnasts from the Ljubljanas suburbs Šempeter and Vodmat. The club was and still is housed in the building in Tabor, the work of slovenian well-known architect Ivan Vurnik, which was inaugurated in June 1927. Throughout the history members of the Sokol I won Olympic medals, World and European championships, and organized a rich cultural and social program.

The exhibition colud be seen in the lobby of ŠD Tabor from 20 December 2017.
